1) How will your item be shipped?
Your item(s) will be shipped via normal post. If you would prefer registered postage instead, please include an additional $2.24 in your payment.
2) Where do we ship to?
We only ship locally. Which is, Singapore of course.
3) Approximately How long will your item take to reach you?
We usually mail the item(s) out within 3 working days. If a delay occurrs, we will definitely inform you.
4) How do we pack your item?
For apparel, we will neatly place your item into an envelope and ensure that it is well sealed
For more vulnerable items such as sunglasses and accesories, we will post your item in a postpac envelope. The price of the postpac is to be bourne by the buyer.
5) Payment details
We accept POSB/DBS transfers only.
Payment is to be made within 48 hours after confirmation
6) Are interbank transfers allowed?
Nope.
7) Are the items we sell authentic?
Yes, all items are authentic unless otherwise stated.
8) Do we reserve items?
No, only because we are really busy people. Hence, we don't do reservations (of any sort) to avoid any miscommunications or complications.
9) Who gets the item if multiple parties are interested?
The item goes to the person who can make payment first.
No bidding is required.
10) How do I purchase an item from indyfindy?
You can simply leave a comment on one of our post(s) stating which item you are interested in, together with your email address. Alternatively, you can email us directly. We do not respond to orders via texts (God knows how you get our numbers) unless we know you personally.
